I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Belweder, particularly the spacious and clean rooms with gorgeous views of the mountains. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and varied, making dining a highlight. However, the hotel had some downsides, like the two slow elevators which often left me waiting, and occasional issues with the service that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Rooms
9.0
My room was spacious and very clean, complete with a lovely balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. The bed was large and comfortable, making it easy to rest after long days of exploring. However, I did notice some amenities were lacking, such as a non-working lamp on the balcony.
Service
7.0
While many staff members were friendly and helpful, I did encounter a couple of instances with service that felt subpar. For example, I faced issues with my room key card not working multiple times, which required me to visit reception several times to resolve it. Some of the desk staff seemed less attentive than others, which impacted my overall impression of the service.
Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet area surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, it's worth noting that it's quite far from the city center, and the walk back up the hill can be challenging, especially after a day of activities. If you’re not up for the hike, having a car is definitely more convenient.
Dining
8.0
Dining was a pleasant experience with a diverse selection of tasty dishes at both breakfast and dinner buffets. The quality of food was impressive, and the dining area offered nice views, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Still, the breakfast hours ending at 10 a.m. felt a bit too early for me, limiting the ease of a leisurely start to my mornings.
Facilities
7.0
The wellness amenities, including the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were fantastic and always clean, allowing for great moments of relaxation. However, the limited number of elevators proved to be quite inconvenient. Also, the children's play area was on the smaller side, which could be improved for families looking for more activities.

My stay at Hotel Belweder was mostly enjoyable, highlighted by spacious rooms and stunning views of the Beskidy Mountains. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options, though I found the early serving time a bit inconvenient. The staff was generally polite and helpful, but I did experience a few service hiccups. While the pool area was well-maintained, I did notice some inefficiencies with the elevators during peak times. Overall, it was a relaxed getaway amidst beautiful nature. 🌄😊
